There’s no power, no Wi-Fi, and no glossy extras — just space to breathe, time to reconnect, and the feel-good bonus of supporting local families and outdoor projects with every stay.​​

Rusty's Retreat
Rusty's Retreat is our 6m luxury bell tent at Rusty Meadow. Designed just for two, it’s a cosy countryside hideaway with crisp bedding, soft rugs, and warm fairy lights to set the mood. Step outside to soak up the wide open views, watch the sunsets roll in, and toast marshmallows by your private firepit. The perfect place to rest, recharge, and enjoy a little rustic luxury. All the camping fun without the faff!

Perfect for families and campers who want the joy of camping without the setup stress. Arrive to a spacious, ready-pitched tent already waiting for you, with comfy airbeds provided and plenty of room to spread out. Just bring your bedding, food, and personal essentials, then settle straight into meadow life. It is relaxed, low-fuss camping at Rusty Meadow, ideal for first-time campers, short stays, or anyone who wants to enjoy the outdoors without hauling half the house with them.

The bell tent experience, just the way you want it.
Rusty’s Canvas Camp gives you everything people genuinely love about a bell tent, the canvas, the feel, the way things slow down a little, with the freedom to make it your own. It’s already set up for you, so there’s no tent to pitch and no rushing around trying to get everything sorted. Just arrive, bring your own kit, and create your space your way.

We all know that life is a rollercoaster and at times life can throw us an unfair amount of curveballs. So much so that what you really want or need is a little time out.
At Rusty Meadow, we know how powerful and healing camping can be.
Being out in nature and stepping away from all the crappy stuff can be exactly what you and your family need to perhaps reconnect, recharge and or just rest.
Rusty's Rest is our little respite tent that we offer to families who could really benefit from a break for a couple of days
We provide a fully equipped tent free of charge to familes who are facing challenging times and where camping is financially out of reach.
Activity Field Hire
Looking for outdoor space to run a session, event, or group activity?
Our 3-acre activity field is available to hire from July to October and is ideal for forest school days, wellbeing workshops, community groups, and more. As part of our CIC mission, we offer subsidised or free access for schools, charities, and SEND groups — helping more people enjoy time in nature, together.
